Single frame floor support base and ancilliary side beams for additional support. 5.5 HP variable speed feed works with feed speeds of 10 to 60'/min. Top driven belt pressures. Three vertical columns with (5) useable slide ways per side. Digital readout displays for positioning on all heads. The Unit will run direct on 460 Volt // 3 Phase // 60 Hz at approx 18 percent faster speeds. Transformer (approx 75 KVA) required for operation on 230 Volt // 3 Phase // 60 Hz current. Head sequence: (2) L&R 1.5/2 HP jump scorers, (2) L&R 5.5/9 HP hogging heads or cut off saws, (2) L&R 1.5/2 HP independent top scorers, (2) L&R 8.8 HP 6000 RPM auto jump shapers/cope heads with 230 mm (9") long spindles, (2) L&R 8.8 HP 6000 RPM stationary shapers/cope heads with 230 mm (9") long spindles, (2) L&R 2 HP disc wheel sanders with automatic wear recovery.
