Capacity hopper fed through feed boring machine ideal for smaller parts such as drawer parts or for areas where space is limited, 3 bottom vertical split heads with a maximum of 11 spindles each and 2 horizontal side heads with 21 spindles each, bottom heads 1.5 kW (2 HP) each. Side heads 1.8 kW (3 HP) each, smallest piece that can be drilled 250 X 100 mm long (10" deep X 4" length). Largest piece that can be drilled is 500 X 1000 mm (19.5" deep X 39" long), maximum drill size 35 mm and maximum drilling depth 40 mm, hopper height approx. 300 mm height (12") and will take approx. 18 pieces at a time, the feed through system is powered by a 0.75 kW (1 HP) motor and is a chain drive system with dogs. The dogs pick up the bottom piece from the hopper and feed it through the machine, foot pedal operated or automatic, screen with digital readout to turn on/off machine and select which heads to turn on/off, programmable to insure that horizontal heads do not hit vertical heads when drilling horizontally and vertically at the same time, digital readouts for set up and air powered locking mechanism to lock heads into position, 6 air operated top supported hold downs, safety emergency cord, supplied with air blower to clean the parts.
