Capacity designed for coating paint. Synthetic base coat or Gesso on mouldings with 3/4" min. to 4-3/4" max. width. 3/8" min. to 3-1/8" max. thickness. 20" min. and no max. length. A counter-template to squeegee excess material off & create the shape. The process creates a smooth surface since pre-finish is building from the template into the wood. Not from the wood up. Wheels. 15 - 75 MPM variable feed speed by 1.5 HP motor. When warm. It can be installed into the vat or mounted to the extrusion head.
