Description:
Capacity spindless veneer peeling machine. Length of log to be peeled from 150 mm to a maximum of 1400 mm with a maximum diameter of 350 mm. Thickness of veneer from 0.5-3.6 mm. Roller power 5.5 kW per side, total power of rollers 11 kW. Numerical control for speed of peeling and for memory of different configurations. Final diameter of log after peeling would be approximately 30 mm. Options available for this machine: 1) Chain driven movements for quieter more reliable operation. 2) Knife clamping by hydraulics instead of by bolts making knife changing easier and faster. 3) Hydraulic adjustment for the thickness of the veneer. In order to purchase option 3 YOU MUST PURCHASE OPTION 2 AS WELL OTHERWISE OPTION 3 WILL NOT FUNCTION. Price of option 1 $5,900, Price of option 2 $7300, Price of option 3 $11,600 plus option 2. The options are quoted in both US and Canadian dollars subject to currency fluctuations.
