The line consist of: twin feeder Meinert type HSD-V. Working with vacuum. Automatic stack change. 2 scisor lift below ground level equiped for panel up to 3200 mm X 1300 mm. Central roller table. Burkle brush cleaning machine model CBM 1300. Intermediate roller conveyor. Glue spreader with 4 rollers. Gluing of the panel. Intermediate conveyor. Laminating machine with 1 main calendering roller and 2 smaller rollers on top and bottom. Integrated guillotine Burkle type EFA1300/EKM 1300. Twin foil station on top and bottom position. Electrical heating of the foil prior to the laminating. Maximum coil diameter 600 mm. Roller conveyor. Meinert twin stacker type SAF-D. Taking the panel between 2 rails and laying them on the stack.
