Capacity for double sided operation for end cutting. Drilling and dowel inserting with swiveling and tilting as well as drilling from the top with the following parameters: workpiece length 300 to 2500 mm (11.9" to 98") at 90ºs. Width 3- to 140 mm (1.19" - 5.51") at 90ºs. Workpiece thickness 15 to 50 mm (.59" - 1.96") at 90ºs. Fixed side on left. Infeed height 800 mm( 31.5"). Hopper feed and automatic return system underneath the operating units. Transport system by double chain with dogs. Equipment at each ends: cutting station with saw units with vertical stroke of 100 mm (3.9") motor 2.2 kW (3 HP) swivelling + 45 degs,/- 30 degs and tilting +45 degs/- 20 degs. Drilling station with pneumatic stroke and boring block 5 spindles at 22 mm center swivelling + 45 degs/-30 degs and tilting +45 degs/-20 degs. Dowel inserting station with 3 inserters swivelling +45 degs/-30 degs and tilting +45 degs/-20 degs. Vertical drilling with 4 units bridge mounted adjustable over the machine width with each 5 spindles boring block at 22 mm center. Horizontal drilling unit along the side from the rear (machine BL25 connected to SBD). 2 drilling unit with 5 spindles boring block at 22 mm center adjustable along the machine width. The pieces are pushed by pneumatic cylinders onto the table and when drilling cycle is finished the piece fall by gravity onto 2 return conveyors to the operator. The price include the freight to East Coast but not the loading and tear down.
