How often is the online catalog updated?
The catalog is updated daily. MLS MACHINERY Inc. primarily acts as a broker providing a listing service for sellers of machinery. As MLS MACHINERY Inc. strives to maintain an up to date catalog of available machinery, there are new listings and sales activity daily that are not posted until the next day. If you do not find what you are looking for, contact us and let one of our agents assist you in your search.

Are the prices negotiable?
As MLS MACHINERY Inc. is a broker and does not own much of the machinery listed, the posted prices are based on a combination of market value and the expectations of the seller. As the market value of machinery and the circumstances of the seller changes so does the expected sale price of any machine. When you find a machine that suits your needs you should make an offer which will guarantee you first rights of refusal, at this time we will present your offer to the seller for acceptance or a counter offer.

Are the prices available online?
All of our pricing is available online. When you have found the machinery that suits your need and would like to view pricing, simply click on "View Specifications" for that machine and click on "Request a Quote." You will receive a quotation via e-mail within seconds of your request. Please note, as all of our quotations are e-mailed to you, you must follow the online instructions. If you are requesting a quote for more than one machine, you will only have to enter you e-mail address once during the initial request.

How do I search your online catalog?
You may search by Full Text, Title, Machine ID, Manufacture or Model to narrow your search according to the keywords or other criteria that you select. If you want the broadest possible search, leave the search criteria set to the default "Full Text Search" (although this may result in an inordinately large number of results). The search text you enter is not case sensitive; you can use both upper and lowercase letters. Do not type in plural such as "Moulders", instead type in singular "Moulder".
